Ways to Contribute

I will preface this section by saying that I was never very good at asking people for things. I used to feel bad selling Girl Scout cookies door-to-door because I knew people had to pay me for them. However, finding a cure for FA and helping my sister and her family have radically changed my ability to ask.

Tammy and Greg are two of the most giving people I know. They would never ask directly for assistance so that is why I am honored to be able to help in some way. This is not about charity. In fact, if you only offer a prayer, that is worth more than money.

I have provided different ideas or options below as ways you can assist the family. Please know that your personal donation will make a difference.

In the US, Cincinnati area residents can make direct deposits at any 5th/3rd Bank - Simply state you wish to make a donation to the "EML Fund". They will look up the fund and make a deposit in the amount of your request.

3. Indirect Donation

Find a Cure

Large organizations are working to find a cure for FA. Many of these are funded by the government but research can move faster with public donations. 100% of your donation to FARA goes towards research. You can go directly to the FARA website and donate online in Evan’s name or send a contribution via regular mail.
